AI isn’t a future trend. It’s already reshaping how work gets done.
And for Student Affairs teams, that reality may bring tension.

Most higher ed professionals are being asked to do more with less while navigating unclear guidance, ethical concerns, and very real human impact.

That’s where Fisheye can help.

We help Student Affairs divisions use AI thoughtfully, ethically, and practically— so teams can reduce overload and improve effectiveness.

AI done well doesn’t replace people.
It supports them.
And happier teams serve students better.

WHY FISHEYE

We started in higher education—and we’re bringing back what higher ed needs now.

Both of our lead facilitators began their careers in higher education, working closely with students, staff, and campus communities. Since then, we’ve partnered with tech organizations navigating rapid change—including Meta and Microsoft—to help teams adopt new AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly.

Now, we’re bringing those insights back to higher education to help Student Affairs teams reduce overwhelm, navigate AI with confidence, and protect what matters most: people, culture, and trust.

Our work helps institutions:

  • Translate AI from an abstract concept into practical use

  • Navigate ethical and cultural boundaries with confidence

  • Support staff wellbeing while increasing effectiveness

This isn't about turning Student Affairs into tech. It's about giving higher ed teams the tools and perspective to lead responsibly in an AI-enabled world.
