Matt needs a bigger hat closet. After 10+ years as an Administrator, Faculty Member, and Founding Director of Rutgers University’s Leadership & Experiential Learning Department, Matt joined the Learning & Development team at Amazon’s headquarters in Seattle where he led several nationwide Customer Service and Physical Retail Training initiatives. He expanded his reach into the hospitality industry by serving as the Director of Learning and Development for a hotel and resort management group with oversight of 130+ locations and 5000 employees. Today, in addition to managing Fisheye, Matt is an entrepreneur in the restaurant, hospitality management, and event planning spaces. While he excels in program and team management, his first love has been and will always be in-person facilitation. Matt earned a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning specializing in Community Development from the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers-New Brunswick. His claim to fame is that he organized two successful Guinness World Record Breaking Events.
Nina Duong

Nina has an unrelenting desire to solve problems through unique solutions. With prior leadership experience in the US military, she approaches everything with a mission-oriented and growth-centered mindset, two traits which she believes are critical for any organization, team, and business to succeed. Her business interests include technology integration, strategic hiring, training design, and team building. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Sociology and has a M.Ed. in College Student Affairs from Rutgers University, where she closed out her studies as the Graduate School of Education commencement speaker. She served in the US Army National Guard for seven years, with one deployment (Operation Iraqi Freedom). Nina now serves as the Director for Business Development and Senior Consultant at Fisheye Learning, working on special projects and turnkey business solutions for clients including Meta (previously Facebook) and Microsoft.
