He founded Rutgers University’s Leadership & Experiential Learning Department, led nationwide training initiatives at Amazon, and oversaw learning and development for 130+ hospitality locations and 5,000 employees.
Today, he leads Fisheye while remaining focused on his first love: creating engaging, human-centered learning experiences. He holds a master’s degree from Rutgers University...and has organized two Guinness World Record-breaking events.

Nina brings experience across higher education, technology, organizational development, and military leadership. At Fisheye, she develops practical, human-centered solutions for clients including Meta and Microsoft, with a focus on technology integration, training design, team effectiveness, and business strategy.
She served seven years in the U.S. Army National Guard, including a deployment during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Nina holds degrees from the University of North Texas and Rutgers University, where she served as commencement speaker.
